Who is this guy?

Prelude

Once upon a time our universe began with an explosion of space itself - the Big Bang. Starting from extremely high density and temperature, space expanded, the universe cooled, and the simplest elements formed. That simple element wasn't me but I sure looked quite simple in my teenage days. Being an underweight boy who spent majority of his days playing video games and eating junk food definitely didn't show any prospects for my future healthwise. It was during the first year of high school that I discovered the magical world of gyms and fitness lifestyle. Bullying is sadly quite common in east european countries and I was no exception to it. Being a small skinny nerd made me a perfect victim. I didn't have any luck with girls either. Lack of confidence and bullies didn't really help me with motivation. Suffice to say because of the strong will to change my looks and improve my wellbeing I made a lifechanging decision of starting to hit the gym. The rest is history...

The Beginning

Early days in the gym were quite an experience for me. I was literally a noob like any other person who never lifted anything heavier than a keyboard or a mouse. I had a horrible lifting form, terrible weight balancing and I basically had no idea how most of the equipment worked. It was scary at first for sure! Here I was, a 16 year old kid surrounded by some huge guys around me feeling embarased and wondering what they might be thinking when they look at me. However, what surprised me was the fact that majority of those scary looking guys were actually quite friendly and were willing to help me learn the basics. Soon after I realized that the gym is the place where I can develop myself as a person, both mentally and physically. So, the basic desire to just "not be a skinny nerd" and to improve my odds with finding a girl was quickly replaced with true passion for fitness. I started noticing good gains and with obsession for more knowledge which I obtained via various online sources by following the workout programs of famous old school bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Frank Zane I was able to learn and utilize most of the techniques and programs which they themselves mastered. This newfound lifestyle didn't just change the way I look, it also gave me enormous confidence and helped me develop masterful management skills. In short, my career as a freelance model and language tutor would probably have never existed if I didn't enter that gym. That day when I entered the gym DEFINED who I am today! It's been 14 years so far and I am still as passionate about fitness as I was on that faithful day when I entered the gym for the first time.

Rise to the Top

So as I mentioned, I quickly became passionate towards bodybuilding. Little did I know that this passion would one day culminate into something I consider as a lifetime achievement for me. After just 5 years of working out I decided to try my luck in a bodybuilding competition in "body classic" category. I was already quite knowledgable about workouts and proper nutrition and that decision only felt natural. I believe that every person is capable of great achievements and I knew that this one was going to be mine. After months and months of difficult training and very gruesome diet for competition, the "D" day arrived. All that sweat, all that pain and all that sacrifice paid off in the end. I became the junior body classic champion in 2013! That moment cemented my career and life path. From that moment on I knew that this lifestyle is going to stay with me forever. This is the way!

Epilogue - This is the part where you come in!

So you managed to read all the way to the end? Impressive! If your dedication towards your fitness goals is as half as strong as your patience to read my boring story then you are one step closer to achieving your goals with my guidance. After many years of hard training and learning I concluded that it is time for me to transfer my knowledge and experience onto you! I was asked many years ago why I didn't start providing PT services way earlier. The answer is quite simple. Unlike many inexperienced wannabe personal trainers you often see on social media ads who started providing services of "questionable" quality a few months after entering the gym for the first time, I believe that like with any other profession quality comes with years of hard earned experience. My goal is not to make easy money on some naive individual but to leave a legacy and make good friends along the way! After more than a decade in the world of fitness I firmly believe that now is the time for me to be your guide towards your better you!
